Manuel Guerrero holds a Master’s Degree in Art History from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He has shown artworks in more than fifteen group exhibitions and sound art events in Mexico, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Spain, and has presented conferences at institutions such as Centro Cultural de España en México; Centro Nacional de las Artes (CENART); Instituto de Investigaciones Estéticas (IIE), at UNAM; Fonoteca Nacional; and the School of Arts at Universidad de El Salvador. He worked as editor of Revista Código.
Currently, Guerrero is pursuing a PhD in Art History, also at UNAM.
He joined Poética Sonora in October 2026.
